Processing
The processing of effluents from the distillation of Cognac is carried out in 4 major steps.
Materials recovery
The process begins with the extraction of calcium tartrate crystals 100% natural.
Energy recovery
The vinasse makes it possible to produce renewable energy: biogas, resulting from the methanisation phase.
